Do not stress out about this, it is very common. 
What you have to find is a balance, you have to get to that happy medium where you feel good with yourself and what you eat.

Start by deciding what weight you will feel suits you and you will be comfortable with. 

Now saying this does not mean under weight for your height and age, it means within a normal weight range. Check online for a calculator that gives you a target range for your height and age, and then pick a weight range near the middle. 

 Now adjust your eating habits to suit this healthy weight range and concentrate on maintaining this.
 
Also understand it is at this weight range that you will look and feel your best. People will see you as beautiful at this weight range because it is your desired range and you will shine.

		<description>Well I was aneroxic and completely control my diet. I only ate 600 cal a day. I was 6stone this went on 4 a year. About 4 months ago I saw a picture of myself and saw how horrible I looked. I started increasing my calories and bring food bac in 2 my diet. But then I started 2 binge eat like crazy. But I still hav lots of food fear. On my goods day I am bac 2 my old diet. But on my bad days I will binge on choclate , sweets, bread cereal. It&#039;s really getting me down. I hav put on so much weight. I feel massive and gross. Hav u got any advice 4 me. Thanks.</description>
